Hello, I hope those that are attending Prom are excited and ready to party!
As fun as it will be there are some house rules that will need following and these are set by the venue so please can we ask you to speak with your child about these and that they adhere to them so everyone can enjoy their Prom. If they decide to break these rules, unfortunately you will be contacted and they will be asked to leave the venue and make their own way home.
Alcohol is NOT permitted to be brought into the venue
Alcohol NOT is permitted to be consumed at the venue
Vaping is NOT permitted anywhere in the venue (Vape detectors are installed in toilets and around the venue)
Any person under 18 found to be under the influence of Alcohol, in possession of Alcohol, Vapes, Fireworks or any item deemed unsuitable for under 18’s will be removed from the venue and may be reported to West Yorkshire Police.
Once inside the venue, if you choose to leave you will not be allowed back into the venue.
Anti-Social behaviour will not be tolerated by the venue. If you are deemed to be involved in any Anti-social behaviour you will be removed from the venue.
Drinks are not to be taken outside or into the toilets.
Any persons found to be abusive to any member of staff at the venue will be removed from the venue.
We want this night to be special for them. So please can we have your support in following these rules so students are not putting themselves in a position where they may ruin their Prom and potentially their friends Prom. This is going to be such a good night and we are looking forward to seeing each and everyone of them!
The England game is being shown on a Fanzone outside of the stadium so there will be members of the public around the stadium at the beginning of Prom. The match will be shown inside the venue for those that wish to watch it but will be finished before we really kick things off! Card and Cash is accepted by the venue.
